It has been laboratory tested under controlled conditions and has achieved an IP67 rating as defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standard 60529 (maximum depth of 1 metre for up to 30 minutes). As part of normal wear and tear, resistance to splashes, water and dust may decrease over time. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone. Refer to the User Guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage is not covered by warranty.

What is SAR or Specific Absorption Rate?
The local Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) quantifies the user's exposure to electromagnetic waves from the equipment concerned. The maximum permitted SAR is 2 W/kg for the head and trunk and 4 W/kg for the limbs.
