The Honor Band 6 is also equipped with TruSeen 4.0 technology, which provides continuous heart rate tracking to make your workouts last longer. And SpO2 tracking detects the oxygen saturation levels in your blood, allowing you to estimate your body's adaptation during exercise or at high altitudes.

The Honor Band 6 offers 10 professional exercise modes, with the ability to automatically detect when an exercise is started. You can find exercise modes including running, cycling, rowing, elliptical, swimming and running.
And with TruSleep technology, the Honor Band 6 analyses the quality of your sleep in real time, allowing you to identify everyday sleep patterns.
