The physical assembly is very well detailed in the manual but there is no information on how to make the new disk appear in the Windows "File Explorer". I found the trick from minute 7 of the following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOQrxOL7uMw
I did not give it a 10/10 because the front panel is a bit saggy and not very aesthetic, but it is still a good product that is easy to install.
Mounted in a 9mm thick DVD drive bay of an ACER F5-572G-784R , with the original 2TB mechanical drive. I was able to put a Samung EVO 860 SSD in its place directly on the motherboard with the original system cloned, a real treat of speed! The storage mech won't heat up as it is well ventilated thanks to the breathable mounting (no bottom).
The screws and the screwdriver were perfectly adjusted. I'm very pleased with the quality of this product.
I bought it on the advice of LDLC's pre-sales service, to make sure it would fit in my PC.
And indeed there are no worries.
I have to look at the thickness of the hard drive to see if it will fit (in my case no worries but you have to check).
The manual is not very good, the best is to watch a Youtube video to understand how to do it.

I take one star off for the not so good instructions, and also the fact that the screwdriver does not fit in the slot as shown on the picture. (well the plastic broke..), it's not too bad, but it's a shame.
It's not a big deal, but it's a pity. Fast delivery as usual with LDLC :)
Very good product, as always, gives me extra storage space, arrived very quickly. I'm very pleased with it.
