FOCAL IFP 207 provides a solution for all Peugeot 207 owners who wish to discover the pleasure of listening to the best in audiophile sound. The tools are provided, a video shows the steps of the operation: it couldn't be easier.
Compatibility
This 2-way front kit can be fitted in place of the original Peugeot 207 3/5-door CC/SW installations. Note that this IFP 207 kit is also compatible with the Peugeot 307* and Peugeot 308 (in the 3/5-door CC/SW versions).
Caution: The speaker on the Peugeot 307 is mounted inside the door trim. The use of a damping acoustic insulation such as FOCAL BAM is necessary to improve the result obtained.
Listening
The woofer, the result of a long study on the compromise between efficiency and descent, offers the most intense bass reproduction. The aluminium tweeter with inverted dome, a strong sign of recognition of the brand, offers a natural, precise and faithful reproduction of high notes up to the most extreme. The work on the tweeter supports has made it possible to bring aesthetic harmony with the dashboard but above all, thanks to a specific orientation and pinch, to profoundly improve the original sound image (height, depth and width of the scene). The result is a pure and enveloping sound with great neutrality.
