Secondhand products are returned to our stocks after a withdrawal (by a supplier or a customer) and are offered to you at greatly reduced prices.

    Buying secondhand doesn't mean abandoning all forms of after-sales or customer service! At LDLC, all secondhand products are covered for 24 months.

    Our secondhand products have been pre-owned and used very briefly. They are tested and perfectly functional.

Second-life products are either brand new or outlet products that may have been previously used. The condition of the products can be found on the product sheet. Reminder: these are products returned during the withdrawal period, too old, repaired by manufacturers, used for demonstration, or received in stock with damaged packaging, preventing us from selling them at 'new' prices. There's no risk of disappointment: you can test the used products as soon as they arrive at your home; they are guaranteed by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects, as well as by our commercial warranty covering breakdowns for 2 years.
