Very good value for money
This keyboard may not be the most enjoyable among mechanical keyboards, but for 70€ it is more than sufficient and keeps all the keys of a 100% keyboard, making it possible to play games with lots of binds like star citizen

The SteelSeries Apex 3 TKL is an excellent keyboard for gaming as well as everyday use. Its compact tenkeyless format saves desk space while still offering good gaming comfort.
The keys are pleasant, quiet, and responsive, making typing comfortable even during long sessions. The RGB backlighting is customizable and adds a nice aesthetic finish.
The build quality is there, with good sturdiness and appreciable splash resistance. In the end, it's a reliable, comfortable keyboard that offers very good value for money. I recommend it without hesitation.
Comfortable typing. The membrane system with mechanical feedback suits me well: a good balance between precision, noise, and feel.
Backlighting could be improved: the space between the keys and under the keys is brighter than the keys themselves. You get used to it, but it's a bit annoying and feels less premium than on other keyboards, hence the missing star. Some no-name keyboards do better in this respect.
Very practical volume wheel. Effective non-slip pads and tilt tabs. I don't use the wrist rest.
Overall good value for money (I benefited from an interesting promotion) for office use, and non-competitive gaming.
Comfortable and responsive keyboard, slightly noisy. Overall, the Apex 3 TKL remains a good choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional TKL keyboard.
The internal lighting of the keys allows you to see what the keys are doing, especially when looking for the "ç: c cedilla" key in a room with low ambient light. Instantly recognised and the light works under Ubuntu.
Silent keys that are pleasant to the touch. I particularly like the volume control wheel.
Weak point: colour settings only available under Windows.
The colours are adjusted by zone on this model, not by key, which is fine for the fixed solid colour that I prefer.
So, it works: you make the adjustment on another computer and bring your keyboard back to Ubuntu.
However, never press the F9 function key afterwards, as this will return it to its original configuration (rainbow drop-down menu).
The F11 and F12 function keys for lighting intensity can be used, however.
So, I'm happy with this keyboard,
but manufacturers need to understand that they would benefit greatly from making their configuration software multi-platform.
Delivery. OK
Keyboard is perfectly decent for the price, nothing more to report.
As usual, ldlc is reliable.
Good ergonomics. The backlit keyboard is silent when the keys are tapped. The keypad is comfortable to rest your hand on.
At last, a very good quality keyboard that's pleasant to use, with automatic configuration: colours, sound wheel, hand-rest, etc. A well-made, heavyweight product. I recommend it and will buy it again.
Colourful, bright keyboard. In short, I recommend this keyboard for playing computer games.
The shop manager guided me very well after explaining exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this shop where I have always been satisfied with my purchases because I was well advised.
This Apex 3 keyboard is perfect, and I've always been a fan of Steelseries products! With its magnetic wrist rest, it's top notch! I'd definitely recommend it!
Good value for money. Easy to install.
In my opinion, the pressure on the buttons is a little "rigid".
And the colours are assigned by zone rather than individually for each button.
Other than that, it's satisfactory, Steelseries hasn't let me down yet.
Quiet and robust. SteelSeries always on top. Lots of adjustment options to suit individual preferences.
Following wear and tear on my previous keyboard, I opted for this one and I have to say that I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Superb team, very responsive, very happy with my order. Very fast delivery.
Thank you LDLC
Very good keyboard.
Quiet and comfortable keyboard with wrist rest.
The software is convenient and customizable.
No defects to report.
The only problem is that there is so much space between the keys and the base of the keyboard, it collects a lot of dirt and dust
I wanted to buy the same one with a numeric keypad, but it is often out of stock.
This one is a keyboard without a number pad. You can do without it, though...
I'll see in time if I don't miss it too much.
you can easily increase or decrease the power of the lighting or even turn it off.
by default it changes colour constantly.
It's a shame steelserie doesn't make their software for Linux, or that you can change the keyboard settings directly online on the site's account, that would be really handy.
I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one.
I'm very pleased with the delivery from LDLC, very fast, congratulations.
Bought for both playing and working or writing, this keyboard has a comfortable feel, even after a hard day's work or writing.
After a week of use, it seems to be quite resistant (like my other keyboards of this brand so far), offers a lot of customization possibilities (colorshift and customizable keys are my passion... ;) ).
The keyboard seems to be more compact than the M750 from the same manufacturer, but it is also very quiet. At this price, it's a good choice.
This keyboard is not mechanical but has interesting keys: the membrane is responsive and at the same time relatively quiet, the keys have a good shape/orientation, with good spacing.
The volume wheel and the magnetic hand rest are a real plus, as are the small flip-up tabs for tilting the keyboard, which are solid (not like school/company keyboards that break very easily). The whole thing is non-slip.
Negative points: the lighting is zoned and frankly not well defined, the colours spill over into the neighbouring zones.
The handrest is very messy, due to the matt black.
And the price... 80€ for a keyboard, that's the price of the gaming market but it's not much more than a 25€ corporate keyboard...
But I'm satisfied with the use and the manufacturing is of good quality.
