Nothing to say about the equipment, but I regret the lack of information when the quote was drawn up and the virtual absence of advice or assistance during delivery.
Very good, fast and powerful office PC, especially since adding a hard drive allows me to store data on it and keep the SSD drive for the system and programmes only (as if the drive were partitioned!).
Small, compact and quiet tower that does the job perfectly. I needed help from technical support to get it up and running because the power plug wasn't properly connected. The keyboard/mouse pack was supposed to be wired, but the one that arrived was wireless. I would have preferred the wired version.
The installation (data recovery) went very smoothly.
Cool and responsive to use.

I bought it for €499 unassembled without an OS, and the price skyrocketed a few days later (I think this was due to the soaring prices of components, particularly RAM).
It works very well and is ideal for office and multimedia use.
While the hardware is good, LDLC's customer service is excellent! Immediate response, very helpful advice, remarkable friendliness. I couldn't have hoped for better. It really adds value for customers.
On the advice of a family member who is an IT professional, I was recommended LDLC, a local, human-scale company that could meet my needs.
Very happy with this PC. Well-chosen, balanced components. I added a 1TB 3.5" HDD for storage and a 90mm front fan that I had in stock in addition to the one provided for rear ventilation. Installed under W11. I removed one star because I would have preferred not to have to pay for a keyboard, mouse and low-end WiFi key that will end up gathering dust at the back of a cupboard when buying a kit to assemble.
Simple and effective. Apart from the few extra days of waiting for preparation with this busy end of year for everyone. And the PC encountered a few bugs in the first three weeks (screen frozen as if in standby mode during long periods of inactivity (listening to music, for example), no response: had to restart manually...?) But no more problems since then. Great. It's running smoothly! Thanks again to the LDCL team for the welcome and support. Happy New Year to everyone.
Great service in store and excellent advice from the sales assistant on site, who guided me towards a PC that is perfectly suited to my personal use. The delivery date for my PC to the store was respected. Everything was perfect.
I say 'almost' because you can't rely on the WiFi USB key. From what I've gleaned from the web, we'll have to wait for Linux kernel 6.17, which is due in 2026. So I've ordered some PLC boxes. Otherwise, everything else works.
Assembling the parts is not difficult if you are somewhat familiar with PC parts.
Essential: remember to remove the hard drive brackets to make assembly easier.
There are three screws to remove, which will make your work easier in a mini tower.
Unusual: the power supply is located at the bottom of the tower. Why not, but this means that the power supply is mounted upside down with the cables facing you, which you have to bring around to the back, and that in the space of a mini tower. Not great!
The CPU cooler is attached with hooks. I'm not a fan of this since I've had the plastic tabs break on another tower. Especially since there's another way to do it: a counter plate is provided with the motherboard.
Otherwise, it's a good buy.
Delivery: very fast and complete.
Technical support: friendly and fast.
Finally, the machine: easy to assemble and more than adequate for office use.

I received this computer quickly, well protected on delivery, perfectly assembled, in impeccable working order, operating system installed ... all as described by LDLC. It's not noisy at all, the tower is simple and well finished, and office use poses absolutely no problems. It comes with a WIFI dongle that's easy to install, and a wired keyboard and mouse that are quite pleasant to use. I've installed a second 16GB RAM strip, for a total of 32GB. I've only been using it for less than a month, but so far I have no complaints. I'm satisfied with my purchase, and I'm reassured by the 5-year warranty. To be honest, I would have liked the same configuration in an even smaller case.
Product complies with the description, works perfectly and supports the use of several programs simultaneously.
