If you need a reasonably priced phone or you just need a few social networks and to receive calls, this is the phone for you.

The phone comes with a cable. Which I plugged into the car for the Android Auto connection. It doesn't work. In fact, you need another cable... you just had to know that! For the charger, it's clearly stated that it's not supplied. But for the Android connection (and also with my computer), it doesn't say that the cable supplied is the wrong one. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with my purchase. And also with the welcome I received from the sales assistant at LDLC Les Halles.

I bought this phone because I use a very basic smartphone.
Contrary to what I expected.
This device has a lot of useless software and functions that are not easy to change or remove.
Why keep it simple when you can keep it complicated?
It's too good for my needs because I don't use it a tenth of the time, but it takes really nice photos!
This phone works well; with several years of updates, and pre-installed applications can be uninstalled; everything is OK on this side.
However, there's an error on the LDLC side, as the specification sheet states that there's a 3.5mm jack port for headphones/earphones, but once the product has been unpacked, it turns out that there isn't. Only a USB-C port.

This is now commonplace, but I'd deliberately chosen this model to use good quality 3.5mm headphones; it's a pain.
And USB-C to 3.5mm DAC adapters don't all seem to be top quality.

I'm certainly a conservative. I don't like all these applications that are of no use to me. Among other things, I find Samsung's policy very invasive, especially when it comes to security and confidentiality. Why make things simple when you can make them complicated? Very disappointed by the device. I should have bought a XIAOMI.
Phone used by a teenager.
Does the job perfectly.
Takes a bit long to recharge (2h) but updates guaranteed for 6 years...I haven't found better anywhere else.
