AMD CPUs have become a benchmark over the last few years.
You get very very good performance with them. As a big Escape from Tarkov player, the X3D fully show their strength, going from 50 fps on a Ryzen 5 5600 to 100-110fps.
The only downside is the need to change certain components because the socket is not the same (AM5). It is therefore necessary to buy DDR5 which is today extremely expensive and a new motherboard.
I have an rx 9760 tx with 16 GB of RAM and I can play any game in 1440p without any problem. As a bonus, it stays very cool even with a 40-euro air cooler
the cpu is delivered in a small cardboard box that does the job well, as it's quite well protected. performance-wise, it's night and day with my old core i9 9900k, which had outlived its usefulness. it doesn't get very hot with an aio arctic liquid freezer 3 360 (65 degrees in play with 30 degrees ambient temperature).

I advise you to get a good graphics card with it (you have to respect the proco).
Heats up a lot! With the slightest action, it rises to over 65° (which increases the speed of the fans and the noise is unbearable) and it stays there all the time! I regret this purchase!
