In fact, the order was placed on site and was available. As for the advice, in use it was entirely appropriate, it was the equipment I needed. The advisors are all willing, I had no reason to complain about them, quite the opposite. Equipment and delivery at the top.
Works just as well on PC and MacBook Néo, no settings to adjust, just plug it in and it works. Great.
Perfectly satisfactory device for connectivity and even aesthetics. However, one downside: the cable connecting this hub to the computer... really short! I don’t regret this purchase for all that. (And besides, many hubs have the same flaw).
I was worried at first about docking stations because some of them don't support multiple screens, but this one works very well.
Make sure you have a computer with a Thunderbolt port if you want to take advantage of all the connectivity options!
I've used it to connect my laptop when I'm working from home without having to plug everything back in every time. I've got keyboard/mouse/webcam/network/sound and dual displays with just one USB-C plug. However, after a year, it gave up the ghost without warning between noon and two. Standard exchange by LDLC, always top-notch in terms of after-sales service. There are still a few minor issues when the dock comes out of standby, such as having to unplug the adapter and plug it back in again to restart the dock, but this only happens occasionally.
The delivery time was very short. Excellent speed of delivery. The product is compliant and works perfectly.
Very practical product.
Two complaints: the cable is very short and there's nothing to screw in the VGA cable, so there are false contacts when you use it.
Well-equipped docking station, with two drawbacks:
- the cable is too short to connect the docking station to the computer - 28 cm
- insufficient charging performance of the 100W socket
Nothing to complain about with this product.
