Suitable for everyday, standard use (internet, listening to podcasts, watching videos and viewing photos). However, when the tablet was set up, AI software was installed, which made it difficult to shut down the tablet. Fortunately, LDLC explained to us over the phone that this was Samsung-associated software designed to assist users and that there was no risk of data being used.
Bought for my two children, mainly for Roblox... and mission accomplished!
The tablets run smoothly, with no lag, a responsive interface, and are easy to use, even for them.

For my use, which doesn't require very high performance, this tablet is perfect and quite reasonably priced. It has plenty of storage capacity, both internal and on card. The only (minor) regret is that it doesn't have a fingerprint reader, which would have been very useful at a time when more and more apps require one. Nevertheless, I'd recommend this tablet.

This product is satisfactory overall, but not very easy to use. No documentation, not very clear links with other applications. The menus are neither obvious nor intuitive to use when you're not familiar with this type of product. There are certainly similarities with mobile phones, but that's not all.
I have been ordering from LDLC for several years now and I am always satisfied. The products and delivery are perfect with every order, despite the fact that I live in a French overseas department. I've never had a problem with either the equipment ordered or the delivery.

I was looking for a tablet that wasn't too expensive for purely web/music/video use, and this Samsung model fits the bill. I'd have liked it to be a tad faster in terms of CPU power, but for the price I'm not surprised either. I'm not going to play games with it, so I haven't tested it, but it should work well for casual use but not for more intensive games.
The sound isn't bad even if I prefer an external speaker, the picture is very nice, the build quality is up to Samsung's expectations and the front camera is pretty good for video.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
