Seen available at LDLC Bourg, I went to the store and bought this magnificent keyboard directly. Very responsive, pleasant lighting and above all impressive typing comfort. It is very quiet and the typing feel is very pleasant. From a small French company, I am not disappointed by their keyboard.
Hello this keyboard is very sturdy because when I was coming back home with my scooter my keyboard in my hands well I had a small accident the keyboard went flying and fell violently on the ground and it was intact

Excellent keyboard, but the software is a bit too basic, doing the bare minimum, so to speak. However, there's a big lie about the interchangeable switches: they're not interchangeable at all. They're so firmly soldered that I cracked one when trying to remove it. I tried to remove several of them with tools I use on other keyboards, but it's impossible to move them even a millimetre. It's a shame, as this modularity was the reason I bought it.

Incredible mechanical keyboard with factory-lubricated keys.

I use this keyboard for coding and gaming.
The software isn't up to scratch with the hardware. Not everything is configurable and it's quite limited (nothing for the left wheel, no layering, etc.).
The open-source firmware fills some gaps but introduces others and requires you to redo the entire mapping (everything is configured as QWERTY by default). But it's your only option if you're not running Windows.
Other than that, it's pleasant to type on, smooth and reasonably quiet with the linear switches (red blood).
Another point already mentioned in another comment is that you can't see the caps lock, num lock, etc. indicators because the keys are too high (on the white version, you can guess where they are by the reflection on the keys above).
The salesperson gave excellent advice. The gaming keyboard works very well and meets our expectations.
Like many others, I find the keyboard well finished, with a pleasant and quiet typing experience (Red Blood).
As already mentioned, the status lights for the shift keys and numeric keypad are practically invisible.
Another regret is that it is not possible (or I haven't figured out how) to turn off the backlight during the day or choose different profiles.
But the main problem is that the customisation software, both the original and Via, does not allow you to configure the keyboard for use on a Mac. Even changing the display of a single key was not possible.
If you have a Windows PC, why not? You'll probably find it pleasant to use on a daily basis, and if you're a gamer, you'll appreciate the configuration options for this use.

This keyboard was a revelation for me. It's my first mechanical keyboard. The keys are precise, the 'old scool' design is perfect, the weight provides balance during use and the backlighting is a real visual delight.

After using the Berseker in Red Blood for many months, I needed a full-size keyboard that was "slightly" less sensitive (I need to use it for both gaming and office work), so I opted for this model with the Raccoun Brown switches, which are slightly noisier but have the typing feel that I was missing with the red switches.
Final assessment: perfect for my use (with VIA firmware).
Incredible keyboard ... The price is unbeatable, the swtichs are excellent and they can be replaced as we want (and as they wear out). The C-type connector is a very good idea, the cable can be replaced, etc.
Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of the interface, but it's not as if you need to play with it every day.
I've just received my Ironclad V3 and it's been an absolute blast.
The feel, the precision, the finish... the brown touch-switches are all calibrated to the millimetre.
You can feel the passion of a designer who loves his work and wants every detail to count.
Frankly, well done Christophe, you've created a true keyboard legend.
This 'custom prebuilt' mechanical keyboard is easy to modify, both hardware-wise and software-wise, thanks to its QMK-VIA compatibility and the ability to easily change all the parts. Its build quality and customisation options are far superior to those of gamer brands at the same price, which often use proprietary solutions.
In terms of software, the basic firmware is already very comprehensive, even if the basic options are a little limited. The standard QMK is already beyond this, but for full customisation, you'll need to program your own QMK firmware.
The Red Blood switches are excellent. I'm taking off one star for the unbearable sound of the original space bar, which becomes much more pleasant with simple o-rings.
Simply perfect though! It's a big change from my Corsair, where the keys came off by themselves. It's super comfortable to type on, the keys are well anchored and the weight feels solid. The only downside is the knob on the side, which doesn't stick out enough and looks cheap!
The second drawback was the caps lock display, with the pav num activated but simply not visible.
The build quality is excellent. I appreciate its sobriety, which is a far cry from those kooky gamer keyboards. The brown switches are very pleasant, they're real tactile switches. If you're a heavy typist like me, the keyboard is noisier than a membrane model, but it's a 'chtonk' that smacks of the 90s.
The default firmware and associated software aren't great, and it's not possible to reconfigure the Fn layer keys. But once you've compiled your own firmware, fixed the bug that prevents the keyboard from going into standby mode when the computer is switched off, and developed your own 'hook' on the PC side, you're in another dimension. Of course, you need to know how to program in C.
If I had to make one criticism, I'd have to deplore the insufficient contrast of the keys, which makes it necessary to activate the backlight in a slightly dark room, and the very poor illumination of the symbols accessible via AltGr.
And yes, the passion of a Frenchman has led to the creation of an exceptional keyboard, and I can't think of a stronger word to describe it.
The big names in the gaming keyboard market can tremble.
Try as I might to find a keyboard of this quality, with the same specifications and at the same price among the competition, I haven't found !!!!!.
Some people will say that the design is outdated (it reminds me of IBM keyboards), and the backlighting isn't very strong, but that's quibbling!
Well it's true, with 1.6kg on the scales, the keyboard won't budge during gaming sessions.
We'll just have to hope that the drivers are updated, and then we'll be on top of things !!!!
The typing is so fluid and not noisy that my ears thank me (coming from a K70 LUX RED for those who know you know what I mean! ).

I've tried all the 200€ so-called "top of the range" commercial keyboards and yet this Ironclad v3 keyboard, which costs less, is much better than any other keyboard. The keyboard isn't made of cheap plastic like most keyboards, the keys are made of PBT and lubricated.
The feeling of typing on the keyboard as well as the noise is excellent, frankly if you want quality it's perfect.

The visual quality is excellent, the keyboard is smooth and the feeling of quality is superior to that of more expensive keyboards. There's very little noise, and the typing feel is perfect, as I was switching from a 15-year-old K95 to a new keyboard.
A big plus is its weight! Yes, it's heavy! But that's why it doesn't slide across the desk every two seconds! And the typing comfort is great! Nothing to say, it's perfect ...

The sound is muffled, with a discreetly flattering intonation, and the pressure delivers a firm, precise and gentle finish. All contained in an obviously high-quality assembly.

The packaging for the keyboard is torn.
For a new product at 150 euros, that's not good enough.
Otherwise the keyboard works after a brief 5 minute test.
Very good keyboard, I changed my old mechanical keyboard which was starting to stick out its tongue and was quite noisy.
This one was recommended to me by the man at the shop in Villeurbanne and honestly, it's top notch. You get the same feeling as a mechanical gaming keyboard, but with a very loud click.
I highly recommend it if you want a quieter gaming keyboard.
The keyboard feels great and is very responsive. The keys feel solid, the firmware seems to have been maintained and the software lets you map certain keys.
As far as I'm concerned, I prefer a classic colour display (which you can customise), but if some people want their keyboards to look like Christmas trees, that's a possibility.
In short, I hope it will be with me for a long time.
The default backlighting with its many variants is nice (FN+UP/DOWN/RIGHT/HOME/END/INSERT/SUPPR/PGUP/PGDOWN) and works without a hitch under Linux. Of course, you can install other firmware and have loads of fun... expensive keyboard, but really the most robust and hard-wearing I've ever had! top :)
I never thought I'd get such quality for the price. The keys are very quiet and pleasant to press, the little software for RGB and key allocation is really simple, it's not a gas factory and I love it.
I was looking for a keyboard that didn't make a lot of noise when I typed, so I tested it in my local LDLC shop, and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was to type on. What's more, the key colour configuration is easy, but it's not cheap. While some keyboards are built for competition like a Ferrari, this is a Rolls-Royce with comfort and precision.
I bought this keyboard for my wife, who had a faulty membrane keyboard. I have a custom Keychron.
In terms of value for money, it's hard to beat, hence the 5 stars. Having owned a Ducky One 2, I prefer this one to typing. Aesthetically, it works without being exceptional (the Ducky is better looking in my opinion).
The feel of the keys is extremely pleasant, on a par with a Ducky. Noise-wise, the lubricated linear switches are quite discreet. The keyboard is clearly comfortable to use.
Obviously, most of the switches are compatible, so there's nothing to stop you replacing them at a later date.
In conclusion, this is a very good keyboard, and I'd recommend it.
I'm used to using ultra-compact keyboards with rather dodgy switches, but this one is really incredible, it's ultra pleasant to use and doesn't make any noise that would annoy the gozilla I've got as a girlfriend!
Special mention for its weight - personally, I think it's really cool that it's so heavy, even if some people don't like it, but don't forget that it's a keyboard, so who cares if it's heavy, and in the worst case scenario, it can help calm down a noisy child?
As a replacement for my Logitech OrionSpark, I'm completely satisfied, so you can order with your eyes shut!
It's a very good keyboard overall, the frame is robust and the quality of assembly is there. The plastic keys are nickel-plated. Very pleasant to use, and the QMK-based keyboard management software does its job.
However, if, like me, you want to replace the switches (for example because you don't like linear switches), be aware that the plastic on the switches is too chewy to remove easily.
The switches on the long keys of the numeric keypad are also difficult to remove because, unlike some manufacturers who turn them 90degrees, GG has chosen to keep them in the same direction as the others, despite the lugs on the long keys blocking access to the coded keys.
It's hard to move on from Designed by GG's keyboards. It feels like it's going to last. The software, on the other hand, needs a bit of work: apart from looking like something out of a Soviet design office, it does the job, but there are a few problems, particularly with the backlight management: it's impossible to get a clean white. Admittedly, this is due to the hardware configuration (LEDs under the switches), but I think there's an update to be made on that front.
But then, trying it is adopting it with no desire to go back. Only Asus come close, but you have to deal with the g4m3rZk1k00l0l design, the exorbitant price and the Armoury Crate horror...

I have always bought Logitech and Razer keyboards, but lately I have been extremely disappointed by the latest Logitech G915, both in terms of the quality of manufacture and the noise of the keyboard. In short, after several days of research, I decided to buy this Ironclad v3 red blood keyboard, and now I can say that I am SUPER SATISFIED and I have no regrets whatsoever about my purchase.
After having Keychron for 3 weeks, which turns out to be faulty due to an incorrect factory keyboard switch assembly, causing double keystrokes systematically. This should not have been a factory fault. I had to send the keyboard back because of this. I settled on this choice, as it comes from a French brand that has a presence on Discord and answers all questions. It's got a lot going for it, particularly the brown switches which sound great, even if I think they're a bit too scratchy on some keys, that said, they're still very good quality. The default keyboard keys are of good quality, they're really soft and don't catch on your fingers.
I was originally going to buy an MX Keys and the sales assistant in the shop pointed me in the direction of this out-of-stock keyboard. I don't regret my purchase, it's heavy, configurable, beautiful as anything, and the touch is so pleasant. A bit noisy when typing, though.
I had a standard keyboard for -20 euros
I switched to this model because I wanted a better quality, more efficient product. My old keyboard weighed 452g, this one weighs 1601g and is very good quality. The keys are disturbingly soft. 10/10, rather quiet 8/10 (quieter than a 'normal' keyboard). The quality is irreproachable 10/10. But above all, these red switches are very comfortable. They cushion the touch. The sensation is a bit like walking on a mattress, the progression is very gentle and progressive. With perfect fluidity, it feels a bit strange but the sensation is pleasant. Visually, there's no fuss, it's standard. The LEDs work well, and there are wave effects etc. The buttons can be customised. The cable goes from usb c to usb standard (supplied). There's a little knob on the side to adjust the sound and a calculator button. Supplied with a spanner to take it apart. For me, this is the holy grail of keyboards that offer better quality than 250 euro keyboards.

When I opened my keyboard, I realised that there was a screw in the packaging. When I examined the keyboard afterwards, I realised that there was a screw missing from the keyboard. Apart from this strange little point, the keyboard is perfect.
It's a gift, so the product hasn't been tested yet, but the smaller version is perfect. A future communication to evaluate this product.

This one is exceptional, the keyboard weighs in at over 1kg, the mechanical keystrokes are silent, the keys are super-responsive, even surprising at first, the keyboard is solid, made from quality materials, and I've been using it intensively for nearly a year now, with no faults, the letters don't fade, the rgb is always as bright as ever, and there are no keys that go out or bug, something I regularly had on my other keyboards.
