With an enveloping output and an extension of low frequencies below 20 Hz, combining audiophile refinement and musicality, the SB-2000 Pro from SVS offers you the performance you've come to expect from a reference subwoofer, in a compact and refined model with just a 38 cm side.SVS offers the performance you'd expect from a benchmark subwoofer, in a compact, refined design measuring just 38 cm on each side. It's equipped with an all-new SVS 30cm long-excursion driver and a Sledge STA-550D amplifier with discrete MOSFET output.
Exclusive innovations for uncompromising performance
The SVS SB-2000 Pro 's 12" (30 cm) driver has benefited from a number of innovations to ensure exceptional performance in a compact cabinet. Advances in the cone, parabolic suspension, voice coil and dual-magnet motor optimise power and ensure perfect control of diaphragm excursion.The SB-2000 Pro is extremely responsive, delivering 550 watts RMS and 1500 watts peak power.
Using the reference amplifier technology of the flagship SVS 16-Ultra series, the SB-2000 Pro is equipped with a Sledge STA-550D amplifier with discreteMOSFET output. A 50 MHz Analog Devices audio DSP, with a frequency response precisely matched to the SB-2000 Pro, harnesses this considerable power while ensuring tonal accuracy and optimal speaker control for more convincing bass effects.
The SB-2000 Pro can be operated with SVS's dedicated subwoofersmartphone app. This app is the most convenient way to control volume, access multiple DSP functions and take advantage of custom presets. You can adjust crossover frequencies, three-band EQ, polarity, room gain and much more from your favourite armchair or sofa.
