Excellent customer service, sales staff were very helpful in explaining my purchase.
I am very satisfied with this laptop, good value for money.
For the price, it's OK, after that it's in the ballpark. The interface doesn't change from the others, but it clearly lacks ram, but if you're not in a hurry, that's OK?
The trouble starts with the configuration: almost 2 hours before you can use it, what a pain!
Then it was time to clean out the unnecessary apps... Well, no, it's impossible to remove 75% of the apps installed by default: web browser mi (a pain to use), pdf viewer mi (never wanted to open a single pdf), AI assistants all over the place, etc. And of course these apps often can't be deactivated.
And of course, these apps often can't be deactivated! The result? A sluggish phone. It's so slow! It can take up to 3 seconds to change screens.
It's also worth noting that the fingerprint scanner is placed on the unlock button: sometimes the scanner turns the phone on, so you put it to sleep by pressing the button. And sometimes you don't press it, but the scanner won't listen. It's a pain!
To top it all off, the battery lasts a miserable 3 days...
Don't be fooled, stick with other reputable brands.
