The quality of the materials is incredible, with a simple yet elegant design, no RGB everywhere, silent but powerful, a real plus in the configuration. I recommend this product for its performance and design.
Moving from a previous generation to this MSI Expert OC RTX 5080, the leap in performance is enormous, especially in 4K. You can play everything in maximum detail, with ray tracing activated, and at frequencies well in excess of 100 FPS as soon as you activate DLSS 4.
The only points to bear in mind are that the price remains high and you need a good power supply (850W recommended) with a well ventilated case. But if the budget is right, this is one of the best custom RTX 5080s available today: powerful, efficient and very enjoyable in everyday use.
Well, it's a 5080, so it's hard to pout. But still, what an idea to wait for 60*C to run the fans by default! Afterburner allows you to correct this, but the card relies a little too much on the case fans, which doesn't help to keep the rest of the PC cool.
The marketing argument is that the card doesn't make any noise, but in reality it lets the rest of the fans do the work for it, and they do make noise, because you have to go higher to correct the situation.
