StarTech.com Standalone SSD/HDD Duplicator and Eraser

This flexible 1-to-1 disk duplicator and eraser from StarTech.com offers a standalone solution for cloning and cleaning hard drives and SSDs without the need for computers or software. The Disk Duplicator/Eraser can clone drives at speeds of up to 7.5GB per minute and supports a wide variety of drive types: M.2 PCIe or M.2 SATA SSDs (sizes 2230/2242/2260/2280/22110), 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDDs and 3.5-inch SATA HDDs.

The drive cloner allows duplication with any combination of drives, supporting duplication between M.2 (NVMe/AHCI), M.2 SATA and SATA 2.5/3.5" drive interfaces. You can also extend the device's capabilities to support IDE and mSATA drives using StarTech.com SAT2IDEADP and SAT32MSAT257 drive adapters (not supplied).

To support a wide variety of applications, this disk cloner and cleaner supports different duplication and erase modes with adjustable Host Protected Area (HPA) settings to include/exclude partitions. When duplicating, the device supports: System and Files, All Partitions, Whole Disk and Percentage Duplication. When erasing, the device supports: Quick Erase, Full Erase (1 and 3 passes) and Secure Erase (Clear/Purge, compliant with NIST SP 800-88 Rev 1).

Featuring an intuitive button interface and full on-screen display (OSD) for enhanced management, this disc duplicator and cloner is easy to use. To monitor and observe your duplication and erasing processes, the unit features LED indicators for power/activity, status and errors, and OSD menu options include error handling and disc information presentation.
