TheIQaudIO Pi-DAC+ is a high-performance HAT audio card designed to integrate perfectly with the Raspberry Pi while offering exceptional sound quality. Compatible with the majority of Linux audio distributions such as Volumio, Raspbmc, RuneAudio and MDP, this card turns your Raspberry Pi into a high-fidelity audio player. Equipped with a TI Burr Brown audiophile DAC (PCM5122), the Pi-DAC+ supports audio formats up to 32-bit / 384 kHz, while offering smooth playback of 24-bit / 192 kHz files. It boasts excellent sound dynamics (112 dB SNR) and very low harmonic distortion (THD of 0.0019%), guaranteeing precise, detailed reproduction.

The Pi-DAC+ is designed for practical, rugged use: its Phono/RCA connectors with integrated mounting holes ensure extra solidity in the box, minimising the risk of disconnection. It also features a quality headphone amplifier (TI TPA6133A) and hardware volume control via ALSA. The board exposes several useful signals such as L+R audio output, headphone output, amp mute via GPIO22, as well as the majority of the Raspberry Pi's 40 GPIO pins, making it easy to integrate into more complex audiophile projects. Fully powered by the Pi and compliant with the HAT standard with EEPROM, the Pi-DAC+ is the ideal tool for enjoying studio-quality sound on your Raspberry Pi.
