Overview

Add Bluetooth where there isn't any!

Hama offers you the solution for connecting a hi-fi system and a television without Bluetooth connectivity at the same time: with this "Link.it duo" 2 in 1 Bluetooth transmitter and receiver , you can add Bluetooth where there isn't any. No configuration is required, just plug in and go. Enjoy up to 10 m range for your two devices. The Bluetooth receiver can be powered via the USB-C port.

Highlights:
  • Numerous Bluetooth connections : the TV, hi-fi system or video projector can be connected to the Bluetooth adapter without interference via the 3.5 mm jack or fibre optic connector.
  • Bluetooth transceiver in all directions : Whether it's a Bluetooth transmitter or receiver, it's always possible to connect two devices, for example two headphones with a TV or one headphone with a TV and stereo.
  • Bluetooth reconnection in a flash : thanks to automatic pairing, the Bluetooth transmitter and receiver are quickly ready for use - you only need to pair the devices once, and then the connection is established automatically when Bluetooth is activated.
  • APTX technology offers better audio quality despite the limited bandwidth of the Bluetooth system.
  • Convenient power supply via USB : the Bluetooth adapter uses the USB-A - USB-C cable to be powered directly via the USB port of the device, e.g. TV.

    Excellent

I was looking for a device that would allow me to transmit audio provided by an optical cable to a bluetooth headset, since my TV does not have a 3.5mm jack output. This optical cable is connected to a soundbar.
After long unsuccessful searches, an LDLC technician found me this rare gem. Now, I can listen to the TV with headphones or with the soundbar (there is an optical input and an output).
With the control buttons and the touch screen, it is very easy to switch from one to the other.
    Really great!

Crackling noises render the device unusable.

The product works as I expected when I ordered it (i.e. I can hear the sound from my television on both earphones at the same time), but at the moment I am experiencing a persistent loud crackling noise. The online help section says that I need to move any other Bluetooth devices away to avoid interference, which I have done, but without success. How can I get help to improve the setup?
    Thank you,
    Camille D.

    Performance downside

In use, there is a discrepancy between the sound transmitted by the Bluetooth speaker and the image on my TV screen.
This means that I have to switch my TV decoder off and on again to reduce the time lag.
