    I do not recommend this site, as I never received the product and there was no follow-up.

    I was supposed to receive the order on a Friday. I did receive a message confirming delivery, but the order was not delivered and I was not informed. I had to contact LDLC on Tuesday, but the advisor said she had no information. I am trying to contact the carrier myself, but they are not giving me any explanation. I paid €90 for this delivery to be made on time, and I regret ordering from this site because the least they could do at this price is to ensure secure delivery. I can understand a delay in delivery, but it's not normal for the customer not to be informed and to have to do the searching themselves. Even worse, the carrier suggested that I come and collect the parcel myself... Avoid at all costs.
