Designed to offer great flexibility of use, the FPX 1.100 from Focal is a very compact mono amplifier with 1 x 420 Watts into 4 ohms. It combines high power, high efficiency, optimised heat dissipation, multiple functions and compactness for remarkable performance and the pleasure of listening in the car.
Focal expertise
FPX amplifiers are built on thick aluminium chassis and are as much about efficiency as they are about heat dissipation. The distribution of components on the motherboard has been carefully studied to optimise the cooling capacity of the chassis.
Careful selection of Class D components (a switching power supply, oversized toroidal transformers and high-quality capacitors) has produced amplifiers that are powerful, musical and truly compact. Easy to integrate, this Focal amplifier also delivers plenty of power to meet the expectations of enthusiasts!
Power and musicality for a sound signed Focal
Compact and easy to fit into your vehicle, this Class D amplifier has been designed to drive all types of subwoofers. Stable at 4, 2 and 1 ohms, it delivers 420, 700 and 1000 watts RMS respectively. It has all the settings you need for a highly efficient amplifier.
The FPX 1.1000 has a remote control for controlling the bass level from the front of the vehicle, as well as a pair of line outputs for distributing the sound signal to a second amplifier. This function is handy for creating a bass channel with two subwoofers and two amplifiers.
