All these qualities contribute to the accurate reproduction of audio detail and nuance. MR3s are ideal for home studios, video editing and everyday listening. They deliver deep, accurate sound with 36 Watts RMS power. Discreet and modern, they will naturally find a place on your desk. What's more, these speakers have full connectivity thanks to the TRS/RCA and AUX ports.

The Edifier MR3 speakers feature a 3.5" driver for faithful audio reproduction. This 2.0 system delivers 36 Watts of power, making it ideal for offices and small spaces. With the special dual-mode sound effect, you can choose monitor mode to hear the real sound you create for music production, or switch to music mode for an everyday music listening experience.
The Edifier MR3s have a flat response covering a wide frequency range from 52 Hz to 40 kHz. This means they can reproduce a neutral, transparent sound. More specifically, the honeycomb tweeter waveguide provides a flatter and more extended high-frequency response, leading to clearer and more accurate sound reproduction and ensuring consistent sound quality over a wider listening area.
These speakers are Hi-Res Audio certified, the analogue audio front end and the Texas Instruments Class D audio amplifier are specially configured to operate at 24-bit/96kHz, ensuring perfect audio conversion and amplification.
The rear knobs and Edifier ConneX application offer multiple settings for room acoustic compensation, allowing you to adapt to different room modes and achieve the optimum listening experience.
In addition to theTRS input, the MR3s also feature two RCA/AUX inputs and a front headphone output, allowing convenient connection to multiple devices simultaneously and switching to monitor mode to headphones.
The Bluetooth V5.4 audio receiver supports smooth audio streaming with a stable connection. It also enables simultaneous connection of two Bluetooth devices, making it easy to switch between audio sources.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the speakers.
The speakers are really excellent, compact with a remarkable sound quality!
I was looking for speakers for my office, mainly for games, and the power of these speakers is impressive for their size. I'm by no means an audio expert, but I found that I could hear all the sounds, even the low frequencies. There's plenty of bass too, which is quite decent for their size. I play games like Battlefield and it's like being in the trenches when the sound is at its best.
I don't use Bluetooth but to configure it you have to go through a mobile app, I'm not a fan of that at all, no 5/5 because of that. Connections are made with audio cables (red/white) at the rear of the baffle, a 3.5mm jack connected to the PC on the motherboard. The length of the audio cables to connect the 2 baffles is long enough, I have an Ultrawide 34" screen and I still have some extra cable.
I would recommend them to people who want to put their headphones on and have speakers, that's what motivated my purchase.
Used for secondary listening when I don't feel like turning on my pro monitoring speakers, they're deadly.
After adjusting the external and internal equalisation settings (via the bluetooth application) they measure flat from 70hz to 20khz.
The stereo image is good, and they are far better than their Presonus or Mackie competitors, which I also used for a while as secondary monitors.
They're perfect for an office, but forget about using them on a TV, as the volume will be a bit low.
We'll see how reliable they are over time.
I wanted to get some speakers that were a bit nicer than my previous ones, the Peeble Pro from Creative, which are very practical and compact. I've been keeping an eye on the Edifier range for a while now and the reviews are generally positive, highlighting the quality/price ratio. My choice fell on these MR3s for this secondary setup.
I was very pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, the overall finish of the speakers has no particular fault, it's very clean. Compared to the Bose Companion 2 which are/was in the same price range, the perceived and observed quality is well above that of the Bose. In terms of connections, it's pretty good, with RCA, TRS, Bluetooth and 3.5mm jack.
In terms of audio, it's pretty impressive for the price. The highs are clear and chiselled, although there is a slight sibilance at high frequencies. The mids are very clean and sound very good. Bass levels are surprisingly good for a system of this size. Obviously it doesn't go as low as a subwoofer, given the size of the speakers, but it's pretty clean and full-bodied. The bass has substance and is present. They lack a little precision in fast phases, but the result is convincing.
The speakers have a good reserve of power and an office will sound great. I tried out a number of styles, from opera with Tosca conducted by Carlos Kleiber to Da Funk by Daft Punk, Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin, In the End by Linkin Park, The Monster by Eminem, I'm Coming Out by Diana Ross and others, and the result was very convincing. I only boosted the bass using the potentiometer on the back of the speakers to adjust the sound.
I think it's hard to find anything better at this price.
And once again, top preparation and delivery by LDLC.
