The keyboard (Advace Smartkey Plus) was delivered with a factory setting problem: the Windows key and the Alt key are inverted, as are the Alt Gr key and the Menu key. I had to send the keyboard back to LDLC for an exchange. LDLC's after-sales service confirmed that this is not an isolated case with this model of keyboard. Waste of time and lack of quality control by the manufacturer.
