I regret that the process of accessing the google account takes too long and that the software is full of aggressive ads. For note-taking, it's very decent for a reasonable price.
The paperslate is light, very responsive and ergonomic. I gave it as a present and really liked it. The ability to download books from Gallica (BNF digital library) is very practical. Very fast order processing. Very pleased with my choice and the lighting.
I've been using it for a fortnight, it's my first e-reader so I have no comparison but it works well, no latency felt, application level I've only tested the basic one installed. Good reading quality, just haven't found the annotation mode yet like on the photos on the site. As for battery life, it's not three weeks, but I'm more into reading and notes over 8 to 10 hours. The accuracy of writing, if you do drawing pass your way but for work is nikel the application is very good.
