This CPU cooler totally fulfils its role for a Ryzen 7 9800x3d. On average I'm between 45 and 50 degrees and in the 70/75 degree range when active (I sometimes get more, but only for spikes, not all the time). Be careful, it stays quite high.
Ventirad installed to cool a Ryzen 5 5600X in a Corsair 4000D Airflow case.
I noticed a drop of around 12°C at rest (compared to a Corsair AIO that gave up the ghost).
Easy to install, clear instructions and excellent value for money.
This cooler not only rivals the competition, it totally outperforms it: I get temperatures of around 40°C at rest and 62°C in 4K gaming. Even during very demanding tasks such as training AI models, the temperature doesn't exceed 70°C. It's truly incredible.

Quick, efficient and hassle-free, the hardware works very well, ideal for upgrading your PC.
It's also less noisy than water cooling... but it's bulky, it overflows everywhere, gets in the way of memory (use low-profile memory) and access to an SSD slot. It's heavy... you wonder if it's going to bend the motherboard! Sufficient most of the time... a bit limited during periods of intensive encoding, when the processor still goes up to 88...
