The Thermalright TL-M12-S is a 120 mm fan with an infinity-shaped ARGB lighting effect via its frame structure and distributed around the side of the fan. ARGB lines are also distributed around the front of the fan. The ARGB lighting effect can be customised with up to 17 modes via the port on the motherboard. The Thermalright TL-M12-S offers a good balance between cooling performance and silence, with a stylish ARGB lighting effect.

It takes in air from one side and sends it out the other without making too much noise and making pretty lights. It's a PWM LED fan... :)
Very pleased with this product.
Quiet and high quality for the price!
Can be daisy-chained for LED synchro, but do not clip together.
Quite powerful, quiet and really beautiful with RGB. Connection isn't very complicated, but I'd recommend an ARGB hub to make connection easier and avoid having too many visible cables.
It makes wind and light ? more seriously, it does the job and the noise level is correct.
Recommended by the vendor when designing a gaming PC.
