Shallow groove
This product was intended to replace an older case that had been damaged by a lot of use. I found this latest case a little less effective: the groove used to hold the tablet upright on a desk, for example, isn't quite deep enough to wedge the iPad in properly. This makes it difficult to write on the screen while standing up and means that the tablet has to be repositioned in the groove from time to time. Fair price though.
