    Low-end

Although my screen is well below the weight supported, the arm cannot support it in the up position (even when tightening the screw to the maximum), it falls back to an almost horizontal position (5° above). Once I pass under the horizontal threshold the arm supports the position better.

Turning the assembly on both axes of the arm (from the desk mount to the adjustable arm, and from the arm to the screen) is not as easy as I would like (I adjust the screen in 2 very different positions once a day). The front/back tilt adjustment at the screen was by default so loose that the screen tilted forward the first time (watch out for this when assembling). Once tightened enough it is very difficult to adjust the tilt.

The whole thing is a bit springy and the "movement/shocks" in the desk are transferred and amplified on the screen.

    I'm still hungry

The product itself is ultra clean nothing to say as I expected but I didn't expect to have to spend more money for my curved screen ( Optix Max241C ) of the same brand not to be as well compatible as this the reason ? The reason is that the screw is too short -_-' yes yes same brand but I'm struggling to find what I need to finally enjoy this arm ( or have to buy a different one... ) I spent more to try to find a solution to my problem than to have bought the arm itself. Thank you so much MSI, don't change a thing, you are the best.

    Almost perfect

The stand has everything to please from an aesthetic point of view. Black, simple, compatible with my screen, and a branded stand for a reasonable price.
On assembly, I was surprised to find that the spring arm can only be lowered and raised once the screen is mounted, as it is all about the weight of the screen. Also, as this is the first arm of its kind that I have bought, I must admit that I was sceptical about the fact that a 5kg screen can be held with an arm like this. At first it looks like it's going to fall off or shatter your wooden desk with the screen in the process, but eventually you get used to it and realise that the arm holds well and that it's possible to handle it easily but with some precautions...

    Very robust and well designed

The construction seems very solid and the screws are of good quality. The only drawback is that it would have been better to have had a few spacers to fit the curved notches.

    Good for the price

The stand is pretty good quality, the stand is firmly attached to the desk and does not move. The adjustment of the detent position is easy even if the adjustment is more difficult like the up/down tilt (my detent often tilts down when I move it, it might be too heavy).Paradoxically when I put the detent in the up position, it tends to want to go up even more. The tension setting is not great.the arm is very large.overall I am quite happy with it.

There are better things but they are more expensive

It does the job but... How can I put it, at first sight it looks heavy and imposing and robust. Then once mounted on the desk, the mount turns slightly on itself when you move the screen despite the fact that I tightened it like a hammer. Then the joint at the level of the vesa mount looks a bit cheap. It's like it holds but you feel like you shouldn't make too many false moves. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put it at a certain height, but it's complicated. It's either up or down. I'll look for something better next time. Even if, for its price, it is a very good foot.
